Step 1: Start the game
Step 2: When the game starts press Alt+Enter
Step 3: Crop the window to your desired size
Step 4: Enjoy

I was very frustrated to use all my screen only for the game and that giant borders are terrible,so in lack of an option to change it i searched for a way.
