So as you know you can enhance your MC stats by just...training,but there are two ways of enhancing your...lets say Dextery.

1st one: From the start of the game or part you want.
Choosing "start from Part 3-4-5" will let you choose enhancing just one time but will compensate not choosing since the start,example: Choosing "Primarily my physical prowess" will give you 10 St and 10 Dex.

2nd one: Choosing the "Improving one of my skills" option.
This will lead to a menu where you can improve any skill below 20 (i guess)

Lets start.

• Sharpshooter: Dexterity over 45. (10 points)
  
• Powerhouse: Strength over 45. (10 points)
  
• Braniac: Intelligence over 40. (10 points)
  
• Strong Willed: Will over 35. (10 points)
  
• Charmer: Charisma over 35. (10 points)
  
• Doomsday Builder: Technical over 40. (10 points)

For basically all of this you can just check my Enhancements guide and figure out youselves,but ill give you a pair of examples:
Charmer is a Priest with a Political Blog and Speaking courses.
Sharpshooter is a Solder/Athlete with Shooting Range and videogames/jogging and 1 Dextery Enhancement
Doomsday Builder: Carpenter with Home Improvements and 1 enhancement on Technical

Archivements related to things like Relationship points,Humanity,Morale,Allegiance.

• Pure of Heart: End with 75 humanity. (25 points)
  
• Callous Soul: End with less than 35 humanity. (25 points)
  
• Born Leader: End with allegiance over 75. (25 points)
  
• Cheer Leader: End with morale over 75. (25 points)
  
• Social Elite: Become best friends with every survivor. (25 points)
  
• Perfect Match: Best friend to boyfriend or girlfriend. (25 points)

For almost every one of these you can get them Starting from Part 5.
Per example choosing the "suck it Uncle Lou" option or "you can rest when you are dead Eugene" for lowering you hum,or helping Hadley at the end: Rescue her,take her with you,keep her until she turns,end her life and bury her (you can keep the backpack,more info in my Part 5 Walkthrough).

Allegiance and Morale is much more difficult because of the options you need to choose,for both i recommend a Minister run with 30-35 charisma for much more Rel Points,for allegiance is a "glitch" you can use,wich is choosing lets say Tom,because I KNOW assigning him in Catedral Entrance Fixing gives you 1 Allegiance point,then you UNNASIGN him and then YOU ASSIGN again,repeat until 100 All Points and then you shouldnt worry at all (unless you want to screw it hard,Part 5 WK guide will include tips and hints),for morale i recommend having a girlfriend and recomfort her at the start of Part 5 and if minister preach in the ceremony for the dead ones.

Being nice and following my tips you could get Pure Heart,Born Leader,Cheer Leader,Social Elite and Perfect Match in one run...and being a Minister...yep,High charm Minister cheese the Social Elite.

• Soldier Survivor: Ending 3 - New Command (50 points)
  
• Hidden Bunker: Ending 4 - Hidden Bunker (50 points)
  
• Zombie Nightmare: Ending 5 - Become a Zombie (50 points)
  
• Apocalypse Raider: Ending 6 - Become a Raider (50 points)
  
• The Chosen: Ending 7 - The Chosen (50 points)
  
• Human Race Savior: Ending 8 - Develop the Vaccine (50 points)
  
• New Temperance: Ending 9 - Settle in Temperance (50 points)
  
• Harem: End with all female survivors. (100 points)
  
• Reverse Harem: End with all male survivors. (100 points)
  
  So.
  I think the most difficults are the Harem and Reverse Harem because they are kinda bugged.
  
  To get Lone Wolf you must (from my experimentation) escape ONLY with Toby (so go get him if you are starting from Part 1 otherwhise just choose "I got Toby in Part 4"),if you escape completely ALONE the game breaks...yeah,already sent a report.
  
  The Summit: #FreeCarl and keep Candace alive then escape and go to Coast Line.
  Baytown: #DontFreeCarl and keep Cande alive,good rel with Jason and,from the authors guide,youll need ST 20 DX 25 INT 20.
  Soldier Survivor: F#ck Carl and Jason,you got your own buddy to help you,head to Lagoon after escaped.
  Hidden Bunker: Default ending if you didnt fill the requirements for Baytown,Summit.
  Zombie Nightmare: Stay in Cathedral,keep Tom alive by alerting him River is going to stab him (if River and Starr accepted).
  Apocalypse Raider: Low hum,Badger in team,stay in Cathedral (and i guess good rel with Badger,as much as you can).
  The Chosen: Stay in Cathedral,Eugene in group,tell him "I do" and later "I believe we are the Chose Eugene".
  Human Race Savior: First meeting Eugene ask him if he is uncomfortable with Devlin,then Discuss it,and take a blood sample from him as a Scientist,kill the zombies in the depot to take samples,check the Mass in the Oil ring and take a sample,when researching choose further examine virus and finally choose the Vaccine D,stay in the Cathedral.
  New Temperance: Default ending if you stay.
  Harem: Be a Girl and bring all the males (if 80+ rel with Crone you can take him without Emma,otherwise try bringin her).
  Reverse Harem: Male with Girls (dont need much to bring Emma)
  For this last ones remember to use the option "Choose who to take"

For this one you must get.

• Fire Axe

Fireaxe and the Cleaver you can get them in the Oil Ring,the cleaver in the "Search behind counter" option and for Fireaxe you must search in the Garbage to retrieve the ID Card wich youll use in the Utility Cabinet,for Rivers Knife you have to scort River and Starr,the choose the option "Lets kill them" then "Make Starr and River fight while you hide" then while you climb shoot the zombie or get down and kill it,youll find a bitten River wich will ask you to kill him,you do and then you can choose grab the Knife,do it,for the Pistol is "Speaking with Emma about her secret" and search the coffins.
