super trash guide archecore is right it just says the exact thing on the achievement description atleast give some guide on how to get all it but none

How to complete the Underdorg achievement? I killed more than 250 Buffs in Hard and Normal mode, why can't I finish it?

You will probably need to use programs like Steam Achievement Manager (allows you to unlock and lock achievements) to unlock them.
