The General Concept
Alright. Let's be real. Recursion w/ limiters sucks. But y'know what sucks for them? Crowd control. Stuff like slows. But there's this bug in the game that I'm not sure the devs planned for. If you use the right CC, they enemies won't be able to hurt you at all. Now, you may ask, "What's the best CC, stranger whom I don't trust?". Well I'll tell you the best type of CC: death. That's right, kill 'em all. I guarantee that if all goes smoothly, you'll forget there was even an encounter, let alone overload. Forewarning: This is a 17 MEM point build. 14 MEM, if you like it risky. 20 MEM for ultimate #rekkage. I'm assuming we're either killing Royce for the first time or trying to recursion with limiters. Also, I don't account for duplicate functions but you can acquire even more damage if you use them.
NeverDie 101
Alright, so before we worry about killing, we must master the art of not overloading all our functions, which sucks with limiters. So we need to move fast.
In my experience, people seem to love jaunt. It's fast, it's fun, it's easy. As if. Forget jaunt. Your manly (or effeminate) behind doesn't need saving from some half-rate function that takes up 3 memory. Even with the speed, it locks you in place post-use which is a no-no. What you do instead is instead of spending 3 MEM on mobility, use 1 on passive Ping.
Little trooper gives you double run distance, which works well because we're gonna need to save action points during Turn{}.
Now because 1 turn KO's are a tricky style, we're gonna need more turns. Put that jaunt to it's true use. Passive Turn cooldown reduction. Gratz, jaunt now ups your dps. Here comes the core mechanic: damage.
Warning: If this damage is too much for you, abort guide
Okay guys, listen up.l This is where it gets tricky. Equip mask, no extras. Equip void with crash on it. These are THE amps. THE. I'd do a number crunch, but numbers don't matter because they'll all be dead. Next, guys focus, next we, guys seriously it gets hard here, we equip Tap with load attached and kill everything. Now, you may be thinking "But cull does-", let me interrupt that thought that probably only 10% of you are having. Cull is a boy's weapon. Tap is free HP, tons of dmg, and larger radius, and it even kicks close enemies away. Now, here comes the SUPER HARD PART.
The Execution
So this is 100% skillcap, 0% luck. You mess this up and Royce/Jerk3.0 is yoinking you back to your last access point. HAH. Just kidding. Once you mess around in practice it's easy. Alright brace yourself. This combo comes with an out-of-turn part and an in-turn part. I will explain parts of it in a bit. Ready?

Before Turn{}:
  1. Use Mask
  2. Walk into dense enemy cluster*
  3. Use use your void with crash on enemy/enemies**(It won't cancel mask)
  4. Activate Turn{}**

During Turn{}:
  1. Cast 3 Taps in a row
  2. Profit

*Careful not to miss the third tap because they got shoved back by taps 1 & 2. Get in nice and cozy.
**To detail, you want to cast void, enter turn and look at your enemy. He should say WEAKENED. If he only says crashed, that's normal. Within taking any actions, cancel Turn and reactivate it right away. This move time forward a tiny bit. We're shotting for the moment where they are crashed for 1s/0s left (about to wear off) and weakened has just started. This is caused because void has a delay but crash doesn't. Anyways, just use void and abuse Turn to make both happen at once.
GO FOR THE GOLD
You may be wondering: "Why overcomplicate the void when I can use both void and triple tap in one action? And why does the guide writer keep poorly guessing my thoughts?" The answers, respectively, are to brace yourself for the ultimate in scrubdunking: THE QUADRUPLE TAP and shut up I'm trying to explain my thinking without breaking immersion. Now, if you have 3 more MEM to spare, what you do is roflstomp them with 4TH TAP. You do this by running Breach as a passive to give you 20% more actions per turn. This will narrowly give you a 4th tap. If you're super manly and only have 17 MEM, toss aside that puny jaunt we mentioned earlier and roll with just your ping and breach passives.
The final result: Mask gives us 200% amp on 1st tap, all 4 taps get crash bonus+175% weakened bonus. AND. YOU. HEAL.
The real kicker? 2165 Damage. PER. TURN. I cannot stress this enough. This even wins you the achievement for 2048 damage!
After some very complex mathematics I chalked that up to be roughly 22 health per turn, per enemy, IF they somehow don't die within the first two taps.
A tight group of 3 jerk3.0s is roughly 35 hp, because even they can't survive long enough.
Go get 'em, Tiger!
Congladurations! You've beat transistor. They'll literally be calling you Kim "Red" Jong-Un. Shout out to my boy.

Reasons why I do and don't do shum shtuff:
Tap+cull knocks them up which sucks for tapspam.
Mask+Mask gives even more but we're assuming there's no dupes yet.
Also, the reason I take Ping at all with so much damage is that, if neccessary, you can use void, Turn, walk the same distance as void's range and still get 3 taps.
Furthermore, If you want to use cull, it still works, it just takes more memory than most people have at the points where they need to kill Royce. Feel free to tap+loud+cull single target enemies or very tightly-knit groups

Comment and give me some feedback. I'm 95% sure I missed a crucial detail. There are also 2 ninjas hidden on this guide.

Very well-written guide! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Upgrading Void() with Spark() makes it hit twice in one cast for 2 memory; you can pair it with Crash() and do even more ludicrous amounts of damage with minimal extra effort.

Thanks, Transistor narrator, very cool

This still work? I find that Void() cancels mask().

This is insane :D thanks!

I can't get this to work. Mask is often cancelled by Void with Crash; when I do defeat something with Tap, I can't get the cells because of the Turn cooldown; If Haircuts try to chase me, I'm fucked; if enemies are not in a cluster, I'm fucked.

Super helpful.

Every time I overloaded, I just hit retry. The processes that spawn are randomly taken from a predetermined set.

Personal example: 3 Fetches first time and 3 Cheerleaders, 2 Jerks and a Fetch the second time, 40 Weeds and 5 snapshots the 3rd time.

if you have one point left use get() on mask, so you can drag them all in one place and then use tap
