Due to the steam not being very cooperative with me since I have started this guide, I have created a google doc that points out 143 chests locations, which should give you an achievement

If you are aware how does this game count cheats from particular areas (especially from Rooftops, Crypt) or if you know about a chest that I have missed, please let me know in comments.
