2023 Update: Something happened to the map where it reverted to an incomplete state missing many of the latest updates and barren in resources in many locations. I don't support the map anymore. Feel free to fix it and upload it separately.


Jul. 17, 2019 UPDATE: Wano has been added!

May. 20, 2018 UPDATE: Whole Cake island has been added to the New World section of the map.

Oct. 24, 2014 UPDATE: With a bit of North Blue's official layout revealed recently in chapter 765, the North Blue section of this map has been updated to match it, now containing the revealed islands of Rubeck, Minion, and Swallow.

Many areas of the world of One Piece have not been revealed nor a large enough canon map has been made, but several sketches and maps from canon appearances have appeared throughout the manga and anime, so I've taken these and shaped the map as close and as comfortable as I can to Oda's beloved world. As there are map size limitations, a few things have been squeezed together, others have been given more importance (more space). Many places for which maps haven't been made (West Blue, South Blue) contain many made up islands for now.


I am aware that whoever starts in Mariejois has great control over entrance into the New World.
It is supposed to be this way. Entering the New World wasn't easy in the manga/anime, and it shouldn't be in this map either. The Nobles have power over that area in the anime, and whichever country ends up there during your game session will be the same.


Recommended number of Civs: 12
Recommended number of City States: 10-16


Suggestions:

Starting on the Medieval Era: It would only make sense that in the World of One Piece you are able to navigate through the oceans.

I like to play it by making two teams: Marine VS Pirates. Put leaders that you feel would fit as pirates in one team and marines on the other, and let the fun ensue!



A few features fans of the manga/anime will like:
Nami's village has citrus resource.
Water 7 has salt, as if you remember from the anime, it can be gathered in large ammounts from the roofs of the buildings after the Aqua Laguna.
Whiskey Peak has wine, as they like to get the incoming pirates drunk.
The whole of Jaya is in the map as if it were before it was knocked up to the sky. As in the manga/anime, the golden city was placed on the left eye of the "skull".
The snowy side of Punk Hazard has uranium and the fiery side is engulfed in flames simulated by fallout.
And several other not-so-obvious nods which will be fun to discover for yourself as a fan.
Lastly, I made Raftel have the Fountain of Youth, since it's a really useful wonder due to its effect.

The map will be updated as the manga/anime goes on, specially on the New World side of the Grand Line.

For now, enjoy the map for what it is.
