Removes all fishing quest cooldowns.

Cool mod but does not seem to work for me in 1.4.4

What setting are you on? Any or All? Because in the case you're on 'Any', they will reset after a single player turns it in. Kindof useless in MP. If you're using 'All', both of you need to turn in the quest.

I should add that it is fixed temporarily, he "tires out" again after a while
My friend and I were doing like a lot of quests though, probably 20 each until that happened

After doing a good amount of quests quickly, the Angler simply starts behaving like vanilla again. That happens per player: he will "tire out" from one player, only giving quests the vanilla way, but will still give quests as intended to another player until he "tires out" from them too. This is fixed once the server is restarted.
