Desktop crash fix
There is multiple solutions which can help:
1)Update AMD catalyst driver. This should help. Link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Choose your videocard and OS version.Click on display results and download.
2)Verify integrity of game cache. To do that just click with right mouse button on game icon in steam library, click local files and verify integrity of game cache. Reboot your PC.
3)Find the .exe file of the game(steam/steamapps/common/wolfenstein new order) and set win7 compatibility mode, also run the game as administrator.

If you know any other solutions write them in the comments.
Low FPS fix
Well, there is no much ways to increase fps.
First of all update your video card drivers.Doesnt matter nvidia or amd.It can help.
To recieve some extra fps you need also to turn down shadow resolution to 2048
If you know some other way to fix low fps let me know.I will add them in guide.
UPDATE.(thanks to http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/HonestAvery)
nVidia users can resolve the problem with the latest GeForce drivers by checking the 'Include beta drivers' checkbox in GeForce Experience and downloading the 337.50 beta drivers. With them installed, the game runs much better and texture pop-in is less noticeable.
Also nvidia users can use the older GeForce 331.82 drivers rather than the current 335.23 ones. It will help to increase fps.

@SpazldNinja There is no need to download that program if you have Steam. Just go to the top left of Steam, click Help tab and choose System Information.

@jmclaughlin87 Which card do you have? The exact model number. If your not sure, download a program called hwinfo, it will tell you there. At least you have managed to get the latest drivers to work...

@animserg That would because the game does not support Xeon CPUs, why would you even use a Xeon for a gaming system? The i7s have a higher clock.

When I download the latest drives, 14.4 and I reboot after the loading windows screen, it just goes blank, I can hear the Windows login screen sound (that small tune of a few notes). Not nothing on the screen, and it even goes to standby. Anyone know how to fix that? Tried all the uninstall drivers full (using the program DDU). I have an AMD Radeon R9 290. So in otherwords when ever I try to install a driver with Mantle API support, it dies.

You should probably change your AMD download link to http://support.amd.com/en-us/download for english speakers, seeing as your guide is in english.
