Valkyrie is that operator that can provide more infromation than anybody. Right placed Black eyes can destroy all attackers' strategies with good using. You should just learn and get experience with Valkyrie (also she has got such a cool bonus like a C4 + solid guns + 2 speed). Absolutely the GOAT intel provider and probably the best defense operator.

Smoke is operator with cool guns' choice, who gets stronger with every second wasted by attackers. He can make all things in game absolutly different, because this SAS operator has got everything to make them waiting outside of bombsite. Smoke should be played in places, where attackers will definitely try to push. Absolutely worthy S-tier and the best operator for some guys.

Mute is perfect operator everytime and everywhere. Cool gadget + good loadout + 2 speed make him good for anybody. Good Mute can make them "blind". He is not hard-to-play, but so useful - learn some tricks, jammers' places, playstyle and you will be for 90% ready to destroy attackers. Try to watch how people play him on specal bombsite and then conduct these experiments on your enemies. Mute is worthy his S-tier for 100% and can be always played.

Melusi is so annoying operator, when you as an attacker getting trapped to her gadget tricks. Melusi has got C4, 3 speed and gorgeous gadget, but not so good gun (still OK) that make her very good to play everywhere and useful everytime. She is still powerful for S-tier arter nerf.

Jäger is a living legend, but after nerf. Absolutely perfect combo of MEGA-useful gadget and awesome gun (got nerfed recoil, but still good). Your team should play him every round if possible. Legendary operator placed to S-tier with honor.

Mira can make them being in panic and trying to destroy this window. Well-placed and well-covered window can provide you a lot of infromation, 1-2 kills and stopped attackers' assault. I wouldn't say that Mira is nice choice for every bombsite, but some are definitely for her and some are partially. Anyway you should think a lot before placing a mirror, because destroyed one can ruin a round or make it much harder to win.

Mozzie is a mix of operators with perfect loadout + cool gadget and cool style. He can do some jobs: Mute's and Valkyrie's. Mozzie is not as good as these operators in their job, but Australian operator is a mix of them. He is better for dronehalls blocking and run-outs with fast droning, so his gadget is not worse, but special. Personally, I would put Mozzie to S-tier, but some people wouldn't like that. Absolutely nice operator for every bombsite.

Kaid is so annoying that he usually gets banned. Kaid is very useful on some bombsites, because you can hide this Rtila that nobody would find and destroy It without special gadgets. Low ranks players usually forget about Kaid, while banning other operators (Kaid and Valkyrie are perfect operators to ban). There are 2-3 bombsites on every map, where exist some points to place Rtila that would make attakcers' life much harder. His gun is okay and he has C4 - good loadout + amazing gadget make him A-tier worthy.

Roamer's trade is to waste attacker's time and gadgets, Vigil can do It probably the best. He has got everything to roam: cool gun with angled grip, 3 speed, impacts and awesome gadget. The only thins that might seem hard in playing Vigil is positioning. Vigil must be played, where attackers usually get into building or try to come through to get into the plant. There are some tricks on YouTube with Vigil and parkour that make attackers confused like getting on some wardrobes or shelves. Vigil is perfect roamer.

Lesion is a trapper that can die, but win round being dead. You can't plant while hit by Lesion's Gu and you also get slowly damaged. His traps are so annoying, they can give a lot of information and waste a lot of attackers time, if placed coorectly. There is a cool trick with Lesion's Gu and placing them on windows that can make attackers going out from rappel and delete Gu Mine form their leg that wastes their time and so annoiyng thing. He has got everything to roam well. Absolutely nice operator to pick everywhere, but not necesary.

Maestro can make huge fortress from the room. I wouldn't say that Maestro is very good for every bombsite, but there are 1-2 options of bombsites on every map, where Maestro can fit perfectly. He has got gorgeous LMG and Barbed wire to stop attackers better. I strongly recommend playing Maestro to say your Jäger or Wamai that he must protect your Evil Eye.

Wamai is quite similar to Jäger, but his gadget a bit different. I won't speak about loadout - it is very good. Wamai's gadget counters Ace's S.E.L.M.A breacher very well and some projectiles like that - more than Jäger, also it can damage attackers, but usually It gets destroyed until It will be exploded. I won't say that Wamai is better than Jäger, because they are a bit different, to my mind.

Bandit has got GORGEOUS loadout and quite good gadget. He would be the best in his trade, if he has got Rtila, but not his batteries (they are still okay, but so easy to destroy). And then what to do? - To trick! This operator is perfectly-fitting for tricking walls - just learn that skill and you can beat attackers easily.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀GOOD CHOICE








Aruni has got nice loadout and interesting gadget. Anybody would say that this gadget is more for intel providing and attackers' gadgets wasting, but not for damaging them (It would work great with Wamai). Sometimes Aruni's gadget can make round lost for defenders, because It can provide information for attackers that somebody is there (so being an attacker you can back up Surya gates and then you will see, if there will be anybody bad).

Thunderbird is a new healer that can make a lot of dirty things. She has got awesome loadout and cool gadget. I would say that her release has totally killed Doc, because Thunderbird can heal more, without being in place of healing and a lot of times during round, also Thunderbird has got better gun, C4/ Impacts and nice gun. Absolutely worthy B-tier (or even higher)

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀GOOD CHOICE








Ela is that roamer that can be nightmare for attackers. She has got 2 unbelievebly good guns that she can easily kill anybody, but firstly you need to know how to use them. Her traps can be used near enterings, important doors, corridors. Ela can provide some intel for her if there is anybody bad and she can easily kill him, because attacker can't see and hear well.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀GOOD CHOICE

Pulse is amazing 3 speed operator with solid guns. I would put him much higher, but he is a really type of decent operator, because he is not at all for every bombsite. Pulse can play some maps and exact bombsites awesome, but he will suck on other ones. You should know where to play or not Pulse. This FBI operator can provide a really big amount of information, kill a lot of enemies with his C4 and sometimes he can beautifully deny planting.

Goyo would be higher, but he is not that operator that can be picked every round. He is as Pulse can be well-fitting for some bombsites that can make your defense much better. Goyo has got nice loadout and very good gadget, but wrong placement of one shield can break your defense. Also you can build some devastating strategies using Goyo.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀DECENT CHOICE








Oryx is a very good roamer, but he can provide nothing for his team. Yes, It might be rotation, but not that big and It is not necessary to take one operator just for rotation, when you have Mute Smoke or anybody like that. He can't even fool attackers as good as Vigil can or other roamers. Oryx's ability is not that good as must be (but It still can be used to destroy shield-operators or do run-outs). Oryx is a type of operators that have small list of things to do for team. However, he has got perfect loadout with 1.5x scope and impacts. These things can make him the best for doing run-outs.

Tachanka is a bit similar to Smoke, but Smoke is better in his trade. - Why? - Smoke's gadget has much more understandable physics and It lasts more. These two operators are good when enemies want push fast or do assault on last seconds of round, so here Smoke is better, because of his gadget principal differnces to Tachanka's one that Smoke is perfectly-fitting for these situations. Anyway, It doesn't make Tachanka bad, because he has got huge buff. There is only one problem: Smoke has got much more interesting and universal loadout and much better-fitting gadget that is using for special situations.

Frost is a good operator. She can easily injure one or two: you should just watch, where are most of drones coming from and decide where to place mats. But she has got a couple of nerfs: her 1.5x scope was removed and also Injure messages has been removed, so Frost can't get any notifications about trapped guys, so she need to hear well to know everything or check cams near her mats. I would put Frost to B-tier 2 seasons ago.

Alibi is actually quite good in this season with her buff, but actually she is still situational. Alibi's tricks can rarely fool enemies. I wouldn't say that Alibi is bad as I wouldn't say that she is bad. She can be powerful sometimes.

Clash is so doubtful pick, if you are playing alone. But some strategies with Clash in whole team can easily beat attackers in Ranked. However, situation becomes much worse, when your team loses one operator, so you need to re-build your defense or try to trade teammate. It is hard re-build defense fast with Clash in team, so you need to try to make a fortress from bombsite when playing Clash.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀DOUBTFUL CHOICE








Castle is so easy to counter that his panels are useless sometimes. He has not got cool loadout and he has not got decent gadget. These panels are so situational, like when you need to cover your anchors from sniper or remote controlling or something like that, but panels placed inside are so easy to destroy. They can rarely waste attackers' time and it is so situational.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀DOUBTFUL CHOICE








Echo was very good operator earlier, but now after a couple of huge nerfs of his Yokai bot (some nerfs were fair, some were stupid). Now Echo's stun is not so good to make attackers scared, just a little bit confused. Echo can deny planting defuser and that is his main adavantage and that is why he keeps being used. This operator was perfect, but now he is situational...

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀DOUBTFUL CHOICE

Doc is not so good as should be, especially after Thunderbird release. He has got MP5 that isn't that good as might be, he is 1 speed, but his gadget would seem better for a roaming guy, also Thunderbird is just better. I think that Doc needs rework or huge buff to be such a hazardous enemy as he thought to be. He isn't that bad as you might be think, but there is 100% better option to play and to heal.

Caveira might be good on low ranks, where people shoot in body and stand outside all round, but not for guys that play better. She has got some cool advantages, but they can be easily countered by wise assault of attackers. Her guns aren't that powerful as should be. I wouldn't say that Caveira is trash, but I would say that she is weak and needs fair buff.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀BAD CHOICE








Warden is so situational that your ability can be not used all round and even all game. He is perfect counter to fast-assault, planting in smoke or flashin+rushing, so he can easily beat Ying, Glaz and operators using smokes or flashbangs. All these facts sound cool, but actually there are too many facts that might make Warden being useful with his Glances. It is sad that Warden always will be like that.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀BAD CHOICE








Rook is not that bad as you might think, but if you want to do your best It is better to take another operator, because Rook's panels don't give a really big advantage in duel, because any headshot can instantly kiil you, so these plates are so situational. Everything would be okay, but there is a problem, that It takes a liitle time to take some plates. Preparation phase is not that big to waste time. Of course, you won't lose all your time, but 5 people, who are taking plates can reinforce 5 walls for this time. Not so big, but actually, pay for that little advantage.

Kapkan is so easy to counter. His traps are so big and so easy to notice. You must be the guy that never uses drones, plays Amaru or 3 speed operator to get inside as fast you can and try to kill 4 or die instantly. Of course, Kapkan can be cunning and clever and place his booby traps wisely, but even that don't guarantee or even make a big probability to get into them attackers. I strongly believe that Kapkan need fair buff that makes his traps smaller.
