:] faced dragons

all it literally does for now is
-slight edits to wyverns faces and tails
-changes the wyvern kite to fit the changes to normal wyverns
-gives legs to the stardust dragon and also changes its face to >:]
-phantasm dragons face also changes to :] and has additional spike on jaw
-pet phantasm dragon gets the same changes
-bone serpent is slightly more squarish and his eyes get smaller. the kite changes too

considering
-changing betsys mask and all items associated
(might not do betsy though)

if i missed any dragons let me know
(this was a quick little thing i did for myself so its pretty scuffed all around but i think its fine)
