Get a "transformation"-ish when you use 3 I found pills.

When you use 3 I found pills, Isaac will get into the "Overdose" state. Permanently gives Damage + 1.5 and Speed -0.2. Additionally, any I Found Pills used from the third and onwards will give Isaac a temporary damage and tears boost, but the screen will distort (like Wavy Cap's effect... or actually, literally Wavy Cap's effect).

Taking a fourth or any extra I Found Pills in the rest of the run will re-grant the temporary damage and tears boost, however the screen will distort even more as you consume more I Found Pills.

Technicality: From the third I Found Pills and onwards, it gives and removes a Red Stew copy, and activates Wavy Cap several times. The amount of times is 5 + 3 * ( X - 3 ), with X being the amount of I Found Pills used.

Lore: You shouldn't eat athe pills you find. In the overdose state, adults may become more violent but also dizzier, that's the reason of the move speed reduction.If Isaac's dad was some sort of addict, that could explain some of the abuse, and now Isaac is just repeating the cycle.

Al usar 3 I found pills, Isaac entrará en el estado de "Sobredosis". Da permanentemente Daño + 1.5 y Velocidad - 0.2. Además, cualquier I Found Pills usado a partir de la tercera le dará a Isaac una mejora temporal de daño y lágrimas, pero la pantalla se distorsionará (similar al efecto de Wavy Cap... o más bien, literalmente el efecto de Wavy Cap).

Tomar una cuarta o cualquier I Found Pills adicional durante el resto de la partida re-otorgará la mejora temporal de daño y lágrimas; sin embargo, la pantalla se distorsionará aún más conforme consumes más I Found Pills.

Detalle técnico: A partir de la tercera I Found Pills, da y remueve una copia de Red Stew y activa Wavy Cap varias veces. El número de activaciones es 5 + 3 * ( X - 3 ), donde X es el número de I Found Pills usados.

Lore: No deberías de consumir las píldoras que encuentras por ahí. En el estado de sobredosis, los adultos pueden volverse más violentos pero también torpes, lo que explica la reducción en la velocidad de movimiento. Si el padre de Isaac fuera algún tipo de adicto, eso podría explicar algo del abuso; ahora Isaac sólo está repitiendo el mismo ciclo.
