I'm writing this super simple guide to help people get started playing this game. It can be a bit weird at first so i hope this helps

Gameplay
-Goal is to Run to the End of the Level using the compass as a guide.
-There is no reason to kill the enemies unless you absolutely have to
-Enemies are spawned in infinitely
-Levels get harder the more time you spend on them
-You have flashlight to help see in the dark

Compass
-Only works when aiming down sight
-Shows only when you have not used your weapon for a short period of time

Weapons
-You start with a sword and a pistol. Pistol has regenerating ammo
-Pistol ammo only regenerates when not using the flashlight
-Some enemies drop more powerful weapons with limited ammo (this is also how you get more ammo for those weapons)

Health
-You get 1hp for each enemy killed

Day and Night Cycle
-More time you spend on a level the darker it gets
-More dangerous enemies are spawned at dark
-Dark forces you to use your flashlight so no regenerating ammo for the pistol

Other than that it's just a basic FPS game. Shoot and don't die
