Map overviews with competitive callouts

Beskrivelse
This mod replaces the overviews for both the loading screen and in-game map with one that has callouts labelled.

These callouts are used for NA and EU competitive firefight games.

Current maps:
- District
- Embassy
- Heights
- Market
- Ministry
- Station
- Uprising

Maps in development
- Verticality
- Siege

This is a very useful mod it worked fine for me even with sv_pure 2 good job!!

Hello, cl_drawhud 0 to disable hud related info (obj icons, text and so on...) that don't need in this.
