This is a port of Konnie's Dobby playermodel: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1114415626

All this does is add proper body-part hitboxes for correct weapon damage calculation (so it fixes headshots) for gamemodes such as TTT.
