Solution
The 64-bit version of two DLL files are missing.
mscvp110.dll msvcr110.dll

The safest way to fix this is by downloading the official Microsoft package:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

Run the installer. If it says the package is already installed, click Repair and follow the on-screen instructions.

Optionally, restart your PC, then run the game. This should resolve the issue.

I think this fixed my crashing issue during Old Town this year when I enter inside the Quaratine, thank you so much for this guide :okey:
