Alternate Faction Selection Screen

A redone faction selection screen with a larger map! This is a modding resource so you are free to use this in your mods as you wish.

Compatible with: (TESTED) Barbarian Invasion, Alexander, RTR: Imperium Surrectum
Should also be compatible with almost all other mods out right now if you give this mod higher priority in the mod load order.

A few UI elements had to be removed to get the screen to look like this, namely the following:

Faction difficulty, which is disabled via the data>descr_sm_faction_difficulty.JSON. This was removed as this element is connected to the faction name, and would clip outside the selection screen.
Once you are able to add entirely new factions in the next patch or so it may be necessary to state new factions in there with -1 which disables the UI element.

Win conditions, which is disabled in the .XML file in ui_overrides > menu. You can add this UI element back in yourself, but keep in mind that all win conditions are stated on there, and there is no way to make that text smaller.
