By EroXan
A Workaround for the Problem "Won't Launch without Error or Logs"
In Task-Manager Deathloop chill with 0% Ressource and 54MB Ram

BIG NEWEST:
Network-Driver Path for Win10: Windows 10 Options > Internet and Network > Advanced Network Settings > Change Adapter Option > Right Click on the Main Driver and Properties. Search in the Box "Client for Microsoft-Networks" uncheck it and press OK.

You has constant Internet and the Game connected to the Bethesda-Server.
I Found no negative impact on the internet or System

If the Game crashed on the first few Intros: Go to the Installed Location of the Game > Right Click Deathloop.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Check "Fullscreen Optimization off" and "Start as Admin" and press OK

special thanks to the User "Cowboy Coder" he gave me a great containment of the problem

I have this exact issue but haven't been able to make the game work. I'm honestly bordering on giving up and getting a refund. Anything else I can try?
Already:
I've tried uninstalling MSI Afterburner and RTSS, plus deleted every trace of them in my PC. I've tried running as administrator. I've tried disabling the steam overlay. I've tried removing the ethernet cord both before and during launch. I've tried closing chrome and every other browser before opening. I've closed every single app in my PC that I could find, except steam. I've installed the latest drivers for my GPU. I've checked that windows is updated. I've turned the PC off and on again multiple times. I've reinstalled the game. And I've tried disabling the Client for Microsoft-Networks
