Cultural Center of the Philippines - Tanghalang Pambansa (National Theater)

The Tanghalang Pambansa (National Theater) is the flagship venue and primary offices of the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). Designed by late National Artist of the Philippines for Architecture Leandro Locsin, this brutalist building in Manila was completed in 1969.

It houses three performance venues, namely the Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo (a.k.a. the Main Theater), the Tanghalang Aurelio Tolentino (a.k.a. the Little Theater), and the Tanghalang Huseng Batute (a.k.a. the Studio Theater). There is also an audio-visual room named the Tanghalang Manuel Conde (a.k.a. the CCP Dream Theater). It also has three exhibit halls, namely the Bulwagang Juan Luna (a.k.a. the Main Gallery), the Bulwagang Fernando Amorsolo, and the Bulwagang Carlos Francisco. The three hallways outside the Main Theater on the second floor, namely Pasilyo Victorio Edades, Pasilyo Guillermo Tolentino, and Pasilyo Vicente Manansala, are also used for visual exhibits.

The National Theater also houses the Museo ng Kalinangang Pilipino (a.k.a. the CCP Museum), which showcases Philippine living traditions, and the CCP Library.
