Rosebury Building by Khrysler

Typical classic New York style "party wall"-ed brick building with some pride. Had this idea for a while and finally got finished. (it's never to be late for a pride month right?) I took more time to create signs to be honest but here it is!

If you are a casual CS player, you only need to subscribe to "Random Hip Bar Signs".

If you are a city painter and want the building with no signs, you can only subscribe to the individual signs, and the building will be all yours to decorate!

@Khrysler -- It does make sense. I subbed them all and ended up with duplicate signs in-game. I'm a detailer, so I think I'll keep the stand-alone signs and unsub the randomizer.

Actually...You just need "Random Hip Bar Signs" for this asset if you are a casual player and like the signs randomly appears.

If you are a city painter who likes to prop everything or use different signs on the building, you should only subscribe to individual ones, and not random signs, so you can have the building with no signs.

So the required items are 4 sign props. Is the 5th prop, "Random Hip Bar Signs" only for applying the randomness of the other 4 sign props?
