Although the current Space Biome can be determined by careful study of the current sky backdrop or looking for the colour of any loot crate drops, this Mod will allow a quick and easy identification of the current Space Biome at the press of a button. The Mod also allows for Identification of the next available Space Biome whilst the ship is still at warp. In addition an alarm can be set to give notification when one or more selected Biomes are about to become available after the current warp completes.

The Engram for the Space Biome Indicator tool can be learned at level 8 at a cost of 3 Engram points and can be made in the player inventory at the cost of 10 Electronics and 5 Polymer.

Once activated, the tool will show a small user interface giving details of the current Space Biome and if currently at warp, the next Space Biome. Tick boxes are available to select Biome(s) for which you wish to set an alarm. If an alarm is set, on closure of the user interface, an alarm clock buff icon will be displayed in the buffs area. The alarm will remain set until cancelled using the tool (or Death/Fast Travel) and will give notification shortly after the ship enters warp if a selected Biome is about to become available at the end of warp.
