Dash attack. Dash attack changed.

Dash attack now doesn't have the snap-forward motion it used to, and is rather slide-y now instead. Additionally, it is able to be jump-cancelled at any point, no matter if it has hit or not.

This may not seem huge on paper, but has a ridiculous amount of uses in practice, including wavedash-cancelling dash attack into other moves and as a general movement option.
