Apparently there was an update that changed where addons are downloaded. It is now filed under:
steamapps -> workshop -> content -> 4000 (gmod ID) -> 2605398601 (item ID)

You'll need the gmpublisher tool in order to access the content, as the file name is just called "temp".

(This is for future references if people want the gma file of this item)
