Go to that page and download the patch

Unzip the file using 7-zip or winrar

Go to your Steam Library, right click Trap Genesis and go to Properties > Browse

Drag the patch.xp3 file into Trap Genesis' main folder

If you did it correctly your window will now have R-18 Ver. at the end of it

pretty much the same way, only difference is you need to run your steam deck in desktop mode to install the patch. after that you can run it from game mode and the patch will work fine.
