Features

Shows precise tech and civic progress in the tool tip of items on Tech and Civic Tree.
(Plus Version added) Show estimated tech and civic progress after boosting (extra boost ratio supported).
Shows the amount of research overflow player currently have in the research yield tool tip.

Based on Tech Civic Progress.
Improvements: Increase its compatibility with other mods. The original mod is not needed for this one to work.

Is this supposed to be in chinese? Chinese great people, chinese writings and chinese voiceovers. There was nothing wrong with the original is there an english translated version of this mod?
