UPDATED FOR 1.35.*

Tired of natives colonizing the entire new world before you even get there? This mod greatly reduces their annoyances and makes colonizing fun again.

-Natives won't settle any land, and only will be migratory tribes
-Greatly reduces the amount of native nations in the new world.
-Removes the tribal development mechanic, so tribes won't have very big armies either.
-Completely removes the native nations in Australia and New Zealand.

Sadly this does not appear to be working anymore, natives own almost the entirety of north america every game for me :(

Not that I am aware of. I would still recommend making a backup of your save first though.

Yes. It changes the starting scenario to have less natives, and changes their AI to not settle. However if you only want it to remove their free dev it should work on an existing save.
