Report a translation problem
The tricky part is when the key guy walks in, you have to throw your knife before he reaches the end of the building and turns around. Get the boy to meet up at the food storage area and unlock the door for him to poison and steal. (You should be kept disguised even if the food storage area is off limits as you can hang around at the backdoor)
1. Weapons have "Quality". Even for same weapons, "Common" is better than "Burnt-out"(since I'm early in-game, there probably are more quality descriptors.), so be careful when dismantling a weapon.
2. (BUG) seems like stackable items can be moved even if partisans aren't close enough. Note that this will move an item to a stack that is not full, but cannot move an item to a new slot.
