Step 1: Right click on Heretic -> Properties -> Local Files -> Browse -> "Base" Folder
Step 2: Extract your sourceport of choice there (I'm using GZDoom)
Step 3: Change the name of the "Dosbox" application (I usually just put "Dosbox2" or something)
Step 4: Change your sourceport main executable name to "dosbox"

Done. It works with almost all wad-type games, as well as Build Engine games.
