[CM] Ideology DLC Texture Upscale

Upscales most building and items from ideology.
thanks to mayonnaise for allowing me to upload this.

for best results disable texture compression (if your ram can handle it)

Updated to 1.4.
trying new method for the textures used.
removed my failed spikecore idea (never liked the state it was in).
transparency options for burka and helmets are off by default, if you want them they are in the files and you need to replace the existing ones that are in their respective folders.

V1.0 - This mod:
All Textures have been upscaled with some exceptions that were already a high enough texture.
The improvements also include the different styles for everything such as the tables.
Textures that have improved include:
Clothing / Tattoos / Dryads
Buildings / ArtSlabs / Sculptures
Plants / Ruins / Relics
Added a 20% transparency to Burkas and animalStyle Cataphract Helmets.
