Once you enter Cloudrise for the first time, follow the main quest line till you have to quit it.
then press K , it will open the skill window, go to general on left and click on origami realm.
Do all the quest you can there and you will now be able to triple jump for more fun!

Because you can easily miss it, you can even dont notice origami island if your going to quick before max level, that would be a huge bad point because triple jump instead of double jump is SOOOO useful.
