This stage is so cool. All the RMs in the background look great, and I absolutely adore the inclusion of Quake Woman and DOS Wave Man. Oh, and it needs to be mentioned... it's a Mega Man Battle and Chase stage??? That game never gets any acknowledgement aside from the one-off "oh yeah, that sure existed" treatment, so I ADORE the fact it's got something so neat attributed to it!

@Kazzie That's Plum from the source game, she really only serves as a reporter for the race going on in the game's story. Unfortunately her and her two helper bots (Ripot and Chest) were cut from the International version that you can play in the Mega Man X Collection but she's present in the original Japanese Playstation version of the game.
