You need to carry a golden key and run toward the warp checkpoint, then open the golden chest and you have a bow you need.

to get the golden key you need:
9 gold ore - found in Mountain Tunnel Entrance
10 ironstone ore - obtain by killing Orc Soldiers
1300 paw pennies - you figure it out

then go to any blacksmith and buy the golden key.
