In LEGO® Batman™ Video Game first level of the game there are 2 sections. Section one introduces you to the basics and the demo- Suit for batman so you can destroy Metal. Section 2 introduces the Controller suit for robin where he can control RC Cars. During the 2nd section you need to control the RC Car to the ramp next to the door and press the buttons in the back which will open the doors. But the bug makes it where you can't move the RC Car, but there is a fix.

Step 2 - go to options - Video Settings - Vertical Sync and turn it on. Thats it your finished it should work.
