Steps One to Ten
This guide assumes default WINDOWS Steam directory!

Step One)
Go to 'C Drive', then open 'Program Files'.

Step Two)
Open 'Steam'.

Step Three)
Open 'Steam Apps'.

Step Four)
Open 'Common'.

Step Five)
Open 'Age of Mythology'.

Step Six)
Open 'Mods'.

Step Seven)
Create a folder named after your mod. (Ignore the text file)

Step Eight)
Place any files related to your mod into the folder you created. (Ignore the text file)
E.g: An .scx file for a map.
It is recommended you add a .jpg called 'Workshop-Preview-Icon' that is .jpeg

Step Nine)
Launch Age of Mythology and click on the Steam logo.

Step Ten)
1 Select the mod you wish to publish
2 Select Publish
Steam Legal stuff
If you're already a contributer, ignore this part.
If this is your first time publishing to Workshop, Steam will have you accept their terms ingame.

It's important that you place your scenarios in a subfolder called \scenario so that it can be loaded from the Load Scenario menu.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\AgeOfMythology\Mods\YourMod\scenario

@Ozhara: Even with a folder structure, scenarios can not be copied automaticly.. :(

Important thing so your mod works without the need to copy files manually:

The mod folder needs the same folder structure present in the AoM folder and the modded/added files in that folder(s) of this structures where they have to be in the AoM folder.

That way AoM will recognize them correctly and also give your mod the correct tags automatically.

Without the needed folder structure AoM isn't able interpret what files you modded/added.
