How to do the thing

Just as a warning, those with a slower click speed might find this takes a bit longer than it would for others.

To get the achievement, all you have to do is click 985 (nine hundred and eighty-five) of those red blood cells (the red circles or ovals) on the title screen.

That's it.

It's really that simple.

Once the last one is clicked, you are rewarded with a special cutscene, and that's it.
