If you are on Windows, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo and open radial_radio.txt file ("radio" file hereafter. And copy available on Pastebin[pastebin.com].

If you search inside the radio file with playerradio, then you will find all radio commands that aren't even available in the cs wheel radio. (some mentioned in the guide above).
