Anyone confused by Exorcisms and Steps currently:

Basically, use your equipment and find the Ghosts Room (cold spot) and check off which equipment items gave clues in the [Ghost Clues] tab of the journal. This populates the [Exorcism Steps] tab with the necessary ritual steps to take.

Now play detective with the house interactions and try to figure out what you're up against. Use the Wiki to deduce your findings. When you think you know what type the ghost is, take the 2 items for that type (found in the wiki) to the Ghost Room and place near the cold spot as well. Don't forget to lock in your ghost type answer in the [Select Ghost] tab. (only the Host can do this at this time in development) Locking in an answer will also cause the ghost to be in it's true form during it's next hunts. If you guessed wrong, it will also increase it's aggression/hunt frequency. So be sure you've gathered enough evidence! Be sure!

The final item is the Bible. Once you've done all the required steps and set the required items, grab the bible, take it to the Ghost Room and drop it near the cold spot and the ritual should start. If you got it right, YAY! If you got it wrong, better run and call Gary! xD
