"I'd add to the list Ancient Wolves which at rank 3 gain a Howl skill (don't remember exact name) which applies 2 turns of Fear to ALL enemies of lower level (Ancient Wolves are level 4 themselves). With Fear debuff units are not able to attack and counterattack enemies of higher level. This might be a pretty useful skill for late early-game and early mid-game".
Missed finesse/order creatures:
Celestial warriors - Triumph (like chimeras)
Gargoyles - brutal strike (adds bleeding to attack)
Also, I don't remember about ice elemental's cold wave (is it ulockable or available at rank 1).
