This mod has no delusion of being an optimal solution, but what it does is cut speed bonus from Forced March stance, on both land and not land, to 20% from 50%.

The only reason I do this is because one of the single most frustrating things in Troy's campaign, in my experience, is how the AI continuously kites your defenses by double timing their fleets across the Aegean (and there is a lot of it) until it can strike the most vulnerable spot.

You can't slow them down with agents (due to agents being scared of water) and they'll just kite or wack-a-mole your unwalled settlements endlessly until you can afford to counterattack with your own armies. Perma-ambushing is only a temporary or local fix, and garrisoning up everything is not a solution either due to the long-term economic detriment it brings. You are likely to get a lot of coastal settlements, which makes your vulnerable area potentially oh so long johnson. Unless you are Odysseus and you can hide behind the entirety of Greece cause you're smart and planned long term.

Personally this is more frustrating than it is challenging, so here's the nerf (which of course applies both ways). Tried the mod for quite some time and it basically gets rid of the issue to the point I actually don't get PTSD just by looking at pics of the Aegean.

TLDR: any Forced March stance is now +20% speed instead of 50% for everybody. This is enough to stop the AI's frustrating kitefest and dance along the coasts in the first campaign stage
