1.Установить OpenlV [openiv.com]
2.Скачать сам мод
3.В OpenlV нажмите "Max Payne 3" чтобы настроить место установки, затем выберите место где установлена игра, дальше на верхней панели нажать на кнопку "Package Installer" далее идёте в путь где скачан мод и открываете файл с расширением .oiv, соглашаетесь и всё, мод установлен
