Tip #1: Fanning doesn't help that much. It makes your shots very inaccurate and therefore I prefer not using fanning.
Tip #3: If the enemy drops his hat, it doesn't automatically mean you've hit his head.
You may have also just hit the hat. Anyways, you'll gain some notoriety for dropping enemy's hat. :9
Tip #6: Actually, shift is the default button for walking and alt for kicking.
By the way, that "funniest loadout" actually works! :P
