Sexuality Traits

Kuvaus
Sexuality Traits is a mod aimed at player control for sexuality assignment and adding a straight trait

This mod features:

-A straight trait for heterosexual pawns
-An additional trait slot used only for sexuality assignment (works with mods which add more trait slots)
-A settings screen which allows the user to change what percentage of pawns generate with each sexuality. By default these settings are as follows: 50% Bisexual ; 20% Gay ; 20% Straight ; 10% Asexual. Of course if users want to change this, they are able to.
-Settings to disable romance attempts between pawns who aren't allowed to date one another.

In case of any feedback or bug reports, please utilise the comment section of the mod on the Steam workshop.

Possible issues:
-Immersion breaking when using altered carbon, this likely cannot be fixed without extensive coding and memory for a pawns prior body's gender kept in the game. However this is already a base issue with altered carbon and the vanilla traits.

Fitz - Possible crashing with all DLCS installed.

-none, currently!

current issue for me with 1.5 is that when this mod is enabled none of the factions load/appear on new maps. just a blank map.
very sad-- this is one of my absolute favorite QOL mods. Hope it gets updated!!! <3

Ah RIP, so the mod is de-listed even.

For those wondering - it kind of does and doesn't work with 1.5.
As far as I can tell, it does - but on occasion it throws a very verbose error in the logs. I can't tell if pawn generation is impacted or not.

Since this mod is now unlisted and seems to be dead (?), I thought I'd share ways to essentially do the same thing as this mod. Having a separate sexuality trait is now part of vanilla Rimworld, so that's taken care of.

You can also edit your scenario settings when starting a new game and set all pawns a certain percent chance to start with <insert sexuality> trait. This should have the same effect as this mod, and it's all using current vanilla features.

this mod seems to be hidden from the search page for some reason, I was looking for it for a while and it just would not come up, might be something on my end but could be something on steams end too, I had to find a direct link to it in another mods description.

BUG REPORT:
Mod Currently causes the game to crash when playing Version 1.3.3287
BUG is that it stops Factions to spawn on the map (except one where upon clicking it, it will crash the game) aswell as when being in the Ideology screen you cannot Click 'Next' (aka you are softlocked)

idk How it can cause such a massiv Bug.
