Sketchfab
Sharing your paintings through Sketchfab has the great benefit that viewers can rotate and admire the painting from all angles, really seeing the light catch in different directions. Sketchfab also works on any device and often has previews right in social media posts as well.

To upload your exported painting to Sketchfab, simply create or log in to your account, click the upload button, and drag the Painting.glb into the browser. Done!

If you want, you can adjust the 3D settings for a better look. Baked ground plane shadows look nice, and the sharpening post process effect helps bring out the details more. Remember click the Save view button in the top left of the 3D model view while editing the 3D settings to get a good thumbnail.
Oculus Home
To add your painting to Oculus home, go My Documents/Oculus Home/_Import. If that directory does not exist, create it. Then, simple copy the Painting.glb into the _Import folder. Go into Oculus Home, and find your painting under the custom imports section.
Unity (for VRChat worlds or other use)
Sadly, Unity is one of the few applications still not supporting .glb out of the box. To be able to import .glb files, you need to add a custom package. Get the latest release of UniGLTF here: https://github.com/ousttrue/UniGLTF/releases

Add the .unitypackage to your project. You then have a new menu UniGLTF in the menu bar, from where you can import the Painting.glb into Unity. Import the .glbs in a separate subfolder per painting, since the import creates several files.

I'm not sure actually. Best I could find is this wiki, but there isn't a clear-cut guide for getting a single model into an existing SteamVR Home. https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamVR/Environments
