Opis
South African Licence Plates of all Provinces.

**Update**

- Added "Default" plates with respective Province lettering at end of plate.
- Fixed Gauteng Province Plate to same length as all other plates.
- Fixed Northern Cape colour code to correct colour.
- Updated Preview Image to fit with CMS 2021

-Added "Vintage" Yellow plate with Black Lettering for Transvaal
-Added "Default" plate with "T" lettering
