OvN Lost Factions: Big Moot Submod

This submod turns the Moot region into a 8 slot major settlement.

This is a startpos mod that's built on top of the Mixu Unlocker. You still need Mixu's Unlocker. This mod should come before the unlocker, but you don't have to touch anything, it'll be there by default. But if the mod doesn't work for you try changing the lord order.

You need to start a new campaign since the startpos changes only apply then.
