Just copy and paste the command into the console and you will unlock every explorer note in the game.

Wild Card recently made it so if you obtain every explorer note for your character their level cap is increased with +10 more levels. If you play on private servers and don't want to collect every note but still want to utilize this feature or maybe you just want to unlock the achievements and get the skins then perhaps you will have use of this.
