Cutternian Modular Skycutter I

This building is the center of cutternian military, there is at least one in each city, it contains everything needed for both civilians and military, ranging from: military training, storage, weapon fabrication, laboratories, medical stations, military equipment, etc. It is the main building responsible for the electricity of the cities, its height is around 746 Meters. The name modular skycutter is because it has every module in one building, and the size of a skyscraper, it is also a very reccomended place to negotiate or reunite with other civilizations.
