Es muss lediglich in den Grafikeinstellungen die Textur-Detailstufe von Benutzerdefiniert auf z.B. Maximum gestellt werden. Nach einem Neustart des Spiels sollten die Texturen wieder richtig angezeigt werden.

Fix black icons / avatars
All you have to do is set the texture level of detail from what it currently is to a different option in the graphics settings. After restarting the game, the textures should be displayed correctly again.
