The vanilla Hospital is frustrating because of its low radius despite the incredible amount of ambulances it has (25 !). So i gave it a better radius (6 000 instead of 1 200) and proper decoration + parking while costs remain the same (well, not anymore, heh).

Update 27/11/2021 : quadrupled the running/maintenance cost to make it more realistic. Thinking of updating construction cost too.
This is my first time updating an asset, so please TELL ME if it doesn't work anymore or is broken !
