there are 30 challenges in dead rising 2 off the record completing them all will get you the protoman outfit sadly not the mega man outfit but i guess its fine keep in mind u do need certain zombie kills to do most challenges this guide does not cover kills just the challenge i will make another about zombie kills so stay and wait for another

1 the first challenge you get is rooftop massacre u have to get 40 kills in 30 seconds the best course of action is to make your way to the fortune park and theirs football and grenade the combo is called the hail Mary it kills zombies in the fastest way possible for you starting at level 1 if u dare to do that god rest your soul but it is pretty simple easy level up but less inventory space


2 Silver Strip Smackdown‎ the second challenge you do keep in mind if you find the challenge hard leave til later save the rage and tears for later solider this challenge is normally meant for people at level 30 for the combo card that's another guide for another time so first grab the bingo ball and go to the maintenance room next to the pawn shop and there will be a battery in there combine them together it will create the Tesla ball if you have the combo card u wont earn as much pp as possible
in time it annoyed me coming back to that so im there with you man combine this with the hail marys and it will be pretty easy with the combo cards as said but you must get 30k pp in a minute

3 balloon man this challenge is pretty easy but quite annoying just make a quick step and get a b.f.g
just get a blast freq gun and a amp then shoot the zombies at the stairs make sure you save so u dont lose ammo or quick steps then go into the store and around the corner from there jump onto the red payphone after this must be pretty obvious so easy gold most race ones are easy u must get below 40 seconds

4 Crowd Pleaser u must get 25 zombies to the front of the stage in 1 minute the best way to do this is to grab 3 fire crackers and the side of the stage in the strip is toy helicopter now make your way back to the slot ranch casino and head to the back of the stage in the casino confusing i know there's to many stages and there will be a toy ufo and before the challenge starts hold the attack button and they hover pretty sure they follow you but when there started start the challenge and get the zombies to follow you to the stage and throw the firecrackers towards the stage make sure the toys restart cause they do fall and the other zombies will sometimes lose interest so make sure that doesn't happen otherwise thats pretty easy

5 CHOP suey slice as many zombies as you can in 90 seconds 150 kills for gold the way to do this is the plate launcher u will need two one u can make in the strip right next to the underground entrance the saw and in the food store is the plates then in the south plaza is a saw so grab two plates now place the first plate launcher at the challenge and the second at the ramp down the way now thats explained really badly my apologies but u will get when your playing and go back to the challenge start and grab the plate launcher make sure to use its value and go to the big chunk and dont aim but press the attack button and the game will aim for you practically when you run outta plates grab the second one down the way as we said then we can get the easy gold

6 Rumble in the Jungle kill 50 zombies in 20 seconds to get the gold the best way is the super bfg and kill everything make sure u have 2 or 3 of them so its alot easier ands it not as complex as most

7 Stiff Back collect 40 wholesome items in 3 minutes now on paper it sounds easy but its the most annoying challenge you could ever attempt in your life u dont alot weapons just a whole inventory of the dildos which can be found in the sex shop we all know where this is fellas but get the juice boost magazine in the Atlantic casino then start the challenge then stop it so dildos will spawn then put them all down at the challenge start and the juice boost then go make alot of quick steps at kates fine liquor and at the bar is a blender to mix the wine and wine now keep in mind this will take alot of will power u need 4 whole inventorys of dildos to get the gold this will be possible at leve 50 or until you have max inventory spaces or this will not be possible from my eyes the dildos are placed everywhere it is god awful challenge it should be drop kicked back to hell where it came from i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate this challenge please refrain from self harm after this

8 Killing Floor gain 35k pp while on second floor okay this is easy just grab hail marys i would say about 4 or 5 and just aim down to the biggest crowd and throw just make sure sgt woo isnt gonna rape you this happened to me pretty easy challenge

9 Murder on the High Seas u have 2 minutes to kill 200 zombies for the gold probs one of the most braindead challenges i have seen only because of a glitch that makes it piss easy now grab a queen thats all you need make sure you get this right theres an angel lust poster and it will have a a zombie infront of it walk up against it and when a zombie grabs you make sure its from the back and frank does the special animation for the zombie grab escape and puss the attack button and u will get 3k zombie kills very braindead

10 Rule Number One get to the ledge as fast as you can below a minute basically just quick step and juice boost and it will show you where to go but untouchable would be cool to make that is chili and chili if u fall thats it u have to restart so easy gold

11 Do Not Try This at Home gain as much pp in 3 minutes just get a tesla ball and hail mary then it becomes a cake walk 40k pp this time

12 Thirst Quencher drink 30 alcoholic drinks in 3 minutes just wear sports fan and get a whole inventory of beer or any other alcoholic drinks doesnt matter vodka whiskey beer cocktail and you wont be sick from drinking so much because of the sports fan outfit very easy again

13 Ijiek Motors Presents... very easy again just use the bike to get to the yucatan entrance very easy gold its under 45 seconds but thats easy

14 Party Hard get the zombies 25 zombies to the rock in a minute for the gold basically like crowd pleaser if u were reading or could remember use the toy helicopter and ufo and 4 firecrackers this time and basically do the same thing as crowd pleaser but theres two sides

15 Extreme Off-Road kill 400 zombies in under 2 minutes the chainsaw bike is needed for this or the svu but the bike is free just go up and down the strip for 400 kills its simple

16 Scaffolding Shuffle reach the top of the platform in under 45 seconds i hate this one for its distance and how many zombies spawned untouchable and quick step make this doable

17 Killer Rides kill 80 zombies with the rides in uranus zone in 3 minutes fairly easy just use 5 firecrackers around the ride remove all barriers to the ufo ride and u can get 60 kills easy first try just RNG whether you do or not to be honest

18 Fast Food another race challenge do i even have to comment on this ? no quick step easy

19 Shutter Bug‎ this is a weird challenge theres a magazine i cant think of when of the photography magazines are but the erotica mag is the slot ranch bathroom and the electric dildo gives alot of pp not in that way but it makes it fair easy if u have both

20 Pawned Prestige get 20k pp in 2 minutes thats a downgrade from the others but tesla ball and hail marys easy

21 Robot Race race too easy so quick step and good lucks to be honest

22 Burn the Bodies get 120 kills in 90 seconds for gold so all you need is a flamethrower
u can find the gas can in the americana casino (probs spelt that wrong but im lazy) and the water next to the blue ball in fortune park

23 Lightning Never Strikes honestly tesla ball and electric rake and follow the ball and get a lighting gun electric rod and blast freq gun then go ham 90 seconds 150 kills

i didnt know how to guide so it took a minute to figure out but a dumb ass is a dumb ass

24 Tunnel Vision get to the loading bad under 45 seconds this one can be annoying cause it takes 30 seconds to get there normally so just go left on the bike then you will be fine just keep trying easy money

25 Mad About Hats put 25 masks on zombies in 90 seconds good thing theres a dispenser of masks
in the kids store basically just get a full inventory and keep trying isnt too complex as others

26 No Thanks, I'll Stand... destroy 75 chairs within 90 seconds the best way to do this is with the parasol umbrella hold the attack button and u will hold the umbrella forward and run and it breaks chairs easy or theres a more interesting method grab remote mines from the safe house roof top and get loads and place them all round infront of the chairs and use the blambow to finish up

27 Tunnel of Blood kill 500 zombies in 4 minutes the chainsaw bike and the suv works best for this fairly simple

28 One-Armed Bandit collect 70 thousand dollars in 2 minutes this one sounds hard but its easy grab the 2 gambling books the first in the palisades mall on top of the where stiff back challenge is and on the one of the tables is the first one and in the murica casino next to the grill 2nd floor is the second gambling book cause the third is only allowed in the story f to capcom once you have those make your way to the challenge in the slot ranch and it starts next to the machine we need to use the pink and white machine start challenge keep spamming it u must have alot of money by now so u are fine
keep betting 1k then its easy gold

29 Double Trouble kill one of the twins in under 1 minutes i found this stupid easy just use the LMG and spray one of them keep two on hand and maybe another weapon of choice but lmg will do the trick easy

30 (FINALLY) kill 200 gas zombies under 60 seconds finally we are here and its easy just use 2 super BFGS i wish it was alot more complex so it was more interesting sadly its not
