Well many of the sites are bots doing every thing, also trading, then it dose not really border them, as the Bot pass on the fake account in a second..

hmmmmmmm ... I wonder if a crap ton of steam users created a shit ton of fake accounts that have nothing in them, and log those accounts into the phishing websites, and the scammers will be annoyed as hell finding that all of these accounts are just fake XD
